The Coronavirus, also known as COVID-19, has spread significantly into a full pandemic. It has infected and killed thousands in a short amount of time. While there isn’t reason to panic, there is plenty of reasons to be concerned and take precautions. With many deaths already documented and many more to be diagnosed, a lot of us are wracking our brains to figure just how we are to deal with it as it draws in closer.

Once you get your gut healed and working better, your immune system will thank you. When you find yourself anxious, stressed, ill, or whatever ails you, take some to think about what your gut might be telling you. It may be saying more than you think.
